This position oversees the operations and activities of the Student Union, which serves as the premier facility on Southeastern?s campus. It serves students, faculty, staff, alumni and the surrounding community for dining, events and educational, cultural, social and recreational experiences. Based on scheduled events, this position may have responsibilities which include night, weekends and holidays. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university Three years of full-time, professional level experience PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS Master’s degree from an accredited university in Business, Student Affairs, Marketing, or a related field REQUIRED SKILLS AND ABILITIES – Administrative and supervisory skills – Effective communication skills, both… written and oral – Competencies in marketing, event planning, staff training and supervision, program development -and evaluation, and computer software/application, including scheduling software – Demonstrate a positive attitude, flexibility, and commitment to teamwork.
